Today, we celebrate and say a big thank you to all the dads out there. Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads! Hope you receive lots of hugs both real and virtual ones from your beloved family.
A special acknowledgement to our very own superhero Dadda for the unconditional love, support, and encouragement. Thank you for sharing this journey of parenthood with me, for being my partner in life, and my best friend.
Thank you for being Yeya’s superhero and for teaching her politeness, kindness and empathy. I still find it so uncanny how much Lady Yeya looks and acts like her Dadda from her love of books, to her mannerisms, and downright to the way she sleeps. My heart swells with love watching Lady Yeya dote on her father. It is truly remarkable to see the sweet bond between father and daughter.
To add a personal touch to Kenz’ “man pod” aka the office, we got a few personalised superhero-themed gifts to join his growing collection of Funko Pops and Marvel paraphernalia. Hope these small gifts of appreciation brings a warm smile on your face today and every day.
We wish we could celebrate over a big Sunday roast at our favourite local pub. Unfortunately, the lockdown continues. We ordered Indian take-away from Barbur, our favourite local Indian restaurant. Tonight, we celebrate all the good things that come with fatherhood. Sweet Yeya hasn’t gotten a clue about Father’s Day instead she thinks we’re celebrating Dadda’s birthday so we baked some brownies as a special treat for our favourite superhero.
